The worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely poor customer service!
It took them a month and a half to send our wrestling gear and shirts. Then when we actually received it, the items were all wrong. After finally finding someone to talk to in customer service, they were defensive and didn't want to accept fault. They eventually said they'd look into it, and another 2 weeks later they told me to ship the items back and they'd "inspect" the items to see what they could do. They do not care about their customers. I paid for items that I never received. I would never order from them again

I was promised 7 day turn around but it was much more. I spoke with 4 different people. Shipping date was changed multiple times and I asked for tracking # each time. I never received a tracking number and then got a email saying they couldn't overnight to my town. Communication is terrible. I would not recommend. I can't speak on the product as I still don't have it or tracking. Update I received my Jerseys and they look great feel very durable and seem to be very good quality.

On short notice, I was asked to coach a little league baseball team this year. Along with finding a sponsor and setting everything else up, I had to find jerseys and hats for these kids. I relocated to Kentucky from Lowell about 14-15 years ago, but home is always going to be home. So when I needed jerseys and hats, my first and only thought was to reach out to Addix. We'd purchased masks at the beginning of the pandemic and were very impressed with the quality so it just made sense to stick with what we knew.

The Addix team is amazing! We ordered shirts for a fishing trip and the team exceeded all of our expectations. Not only were the shirts of the highest quality, but the design and graphics were exactly what we wanted along with very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Addix Sportswear for all team apparel. I ordered new team baseball jerseys and caps for my youth baseball team. The uniforms were received on time and exactly as expected.
Liz Pratt was my rep and she was totally awesome. She answered all of my questions and followed up to address anything that arose before printing, to ensure a quality product.

Every team in our league used Addix custom designed jerseys. Our travel ball team, Massillon Heat, received praise all over the state of Ohio for our Awesome jerseys. The customization flexibility is second to no one that makes jerseys. We worked together to come up with several jerseys. We are currently designing jerseys for our 2019 season. The staff at Addix treated every question and request with great speed and quality. We always felt like we were well taken care of.
