Eaton Bikes is "hands downs" the best place to rent your bikes in key West! They are a real bike shop, knowledgeable mechanics, easy check-in, friendly, and rent very well-maintained bikes. The icing on the cake is they pick our bikes up from our VRBO rental and confirmed they have them. We'll be referring Eaton bikes to other and be back! Thanks! -Ed & Tom

Customer service can’t be beat here for locals or tourists. After rains the other week, I got flats on my back tire 2x in a couple days and they were responsive, quick, and helpful in making the repairs. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. They also do a great community service every Christmas and put together bikes for kids who need them!! Hands down where you rent a bike, repair a bike, or buy bike accessories. Cheers!

Could not recommend Eaton Bikes more! We have used their service department for years and they just get better & better! Scott & the whole team are great professionals who are also kind. We recommend them to all our visiting guests (to rent) & wouldn't go anywhere else personally.

The day we rented these bikes was the best day we had in Key West, I was genuinely sad returning them. Eaton made it so enjoyable, the bikes were new & in such great condition! Cool lbs., location and its local. They have one my favorite bike shop jerseys ever. Mechanic staff was very friendly . Lady at the counter was a little reserved but still a great little shop

I rented a BMC Team machine for five days while I was in Key West and rode it 250 miles. Reasonable prices and much easier than bringing my bike. The service was great and will be renting again when we come back. Thanks!

I always rent a bike from Eaton when I come to key west. It's the best way to get around, and their cruisers are up to longer rides if you are. Great service, and the rental comes with lock and helmet. They will deliver the bike to your hotel and pick it up when you leave. Rental rates are very reasonable.

I had a day alone in Key West and wanted to bike around the city. So I gave my bag to Paradise Porters up the street for $12 for the entire day. Then I came here and quickly got a rental road bike for a reasonable price with this amazingly attentive staff member who helped me test out the bike, gave me a lock that was easy to use, and attached a repair kit. I had a glorious day on that bike - I went all the way out to Cudjoe Key and back, swam at the beach, and explored all of downtown Key West. Bike was also very easy to return quickly. Loved, loved, loved this option for bike rental. Booked online, they dropped them off at our rental house, didn't have to be there for drop off or pickup. Thank you Eaton Bikes for making this a delightful experience. Will definitely be using them next year.

The team at Eaton bikes was incredibly friendly and professional. They had us set up in just a few minutes and we arranged for a pick up of the bikes at the location where we were staying. All in alll the experience was really easy and I would definitely rent from them again.

They also took care of our mistake we did locking to fence in front of condo. They came and put them on our porch!! Then sent me a message so I would not worry.

Friendly, professional customer service pushes this bike rental shop to the top of my list!! The rental process was simple and fast without any reservations made prior. After hours returns were no issue at all. I’ve used other bike rentals in town in the past, but these guys are a class act! Highly recommended these guys. This is also a legit bicycle shop with sales and service, not just a rental lot.

My husband is an avid biker, he rented from them recently and they only negatives; they don't deliver road bikes. A suggestion, even though we were notified of return rules they should send out text reminders for return days and times. It's a resort town and easy to forget shortened hours. It would be an easy thing to add to scheduling programs.

I submitted an online order a couple weeks in advance of my trip to Key West, and my order of three bikes showed up, clean and in great shape! No issues at all with Eaton Bikes and I'm looking forward to my next trip to the island!

Bikes dropped off prior to our arrival and picked up when we left. Reasonable prices, good service and definitely worthwhile to have a bike in Key West. The cruisers were all we needed to make our way around town and to/from the beaches and sites.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Pick up and delivery options available. Their rates are fair. Thei bikes are always in great condition and they never have a problem fixing are swapping out a bike if it does have an issue.

I rented a 7-speed cruiser for 10 days. Easy pick up and drop off (although they do offer delivery but it's centrally located so an easy walk from most rentals) and super reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied and was a bit sad to drop it off today! The bicycle was perfect and they set the lock to the last four of my cell so the entire process could not have been easier. I highly recommend! Basket was perfect to trips to the grocery or small shopping excursions.

Not only did I get a lady with a pleasant and sweet voice over the phone, but I was also greeted in person by another employee with the utmost respect. Bought a bike from Eaton bikes in September - the bike was back ordered until December which I was totally fine with. I stopped in, in October to see if there were any updates. And they remembered my name and my bike order! Such incredible customer service. And the best news of all, they had just gotten an update that it was due to arrive before December! It just came in today and I could not be more thrilled. Really exceptional customer service at this bike shop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!😊
