If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would not do so until you call Rob! Despite his love of the Green Bay Packers (I'm a Bears fan), Rob is straight forward and honest without being pushy. He was very easy to get along with and knows what he is talking about. We happened to be on the buyer side of things, and while we were searching for our new home, Rob's knowledge of warning signs to look for as well as ways to make small changes to make a house fit perfectly were very helpful. Rob was great to work with and extremely responsive. He helped us secure an absolutely amazing home in the area we wanted to be in. Since helping with our home buying needs, he has remained a friend, which is not surprising given how much he cares about the people he helps and getting them into the situation they want to be in. I hope to never need his professional services again (as I hope I'm in my forever home) but you never know. I'd strongly recommend his services and will re-use him myself should I decide to add to my real estate holdings.
