Horrible Business!! Rob our salesman tells us a motorcycle is available only to then tell us it's not! They took our credit information acting as if the bike was ours. Then the sales manager Jeff argues with me on the phone rather than trying to find a solution. Poor business etiquette all around as they blamed one another for their business blunders. Steer clear of this Honda dealer as I'm sure service after the sale isn't much better. Can't wait to contact Honda Corporate to report their unethical business practices!

"Great service from Travis in parts and Trevor in service in helping me purchase new tires. As always my experiences with Engelhardt went smooth even during these strange times with the Cornavirus challenges. Usually I spend a few minutes walking through the show room before I leave, next time I am sure I'll be able to!! "

I was very unimpressed with Engelhart's service center. I called from work one day because my engine light came on on my Victory motorcycle and got the feeling I was a great bother to the person I was talking with. When I asked if they would be able to plug it into the diagnostic reader I was told yes, but it would cost $60 or so just to plug it in! I was about to head out on a big trip so I decided it was best to know what was going on so I set an appointment.
When I got there for the appointment I met a tech, and told him what was going on. He told me that Victory's don't store

I brought my snowmobile in for service and couldn't be happier. I thought I needed an oil change and they actually told me that my oil was fine. That saved me $180 bucks! The service manager did an outstanding job of showing me what he thought needed to be done to the sled to prep in for the winter riding season. I will be bring my sled back for all my future service!

I bought my bike here, I get my maintenance service done here, and have made just about all my in store purchases here: tires, helmets, pegs, leathers, gloves everything. The shop is loaded with a lot of accessories for bikes and bikers.
Not only do they have a good service people but great sales associates. My salesman still remembers me and the bike I bought 5 years ago.
Don't forget about the bikes. They have more bikes on the floor than any other place I've been.

Oh geeze no one has left any feedback for the Engelhart Center??
I'm super happy with all the work I have ever done with them there! This year Jerrod in the Service Dept managed to get my sweet Honda Ruckus to go much faster when everyone else in the past just tried to do this (no names mentioned).
I would highly recommend them for both service and sales as I have had/heard nothing but great things!
