Family Foot & Ankle

I injured my foot on 9.14.2021 and had a referral to another podiatrist on 9.17.21 from my healthcare provider because of breaks in my foot. The "OTHER" podiatrist's office had not scheduled me to see them more than week after I was referred. I contacted Family Foot & Ankle on 9.27.21 when they opened and a medical assistant, Nina, called me back after consulting with the physician to see if they could get me in right away. Because of my injury they worked me in the same day. Every single person in this practice that I encountered was friendly and treated me very well. Dr. Naroozi was wonderful

I was very hesitant about getting my bunion surgery, because of numerous horror stories I heard about the surgery. When I met you on my first appointment your kind and warm heart made me feel comfortable. And let me back track to the intake staff and Health Technicians you ladies were awesome.

Had a ingrown toenail, was in a lot of pain before surgery. Two weeks form procedure, no pain, foot look normal , great service had a doctor who knew what they were doing. Can't think doctor Franklin and others enough, the help was much appreciated.

I absolutely love Dr. Franklin, he is very kind and thoughtful. Love that he is able to perform radiographs in his office. Offers solutions for your foot and ankle problems, and diagnosed my problems right away, I received excellent treatment and I'm completely healed now. Totally recommend Dr. Franklin if you are experiencing any foot or ankle pain.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I am an RN of 50 years and just retired last year. I have a painful bunion and read about 3D lapiplasty. I googled and found out about Family Foot and Ankle. First time I met Dr. Franklin, I immediately liked him. He is knowledgeable, explained in details about the procedure, soft spoken and has a very good "bedside" manners. He did my surgery and was successful and my family did not mind driving 2 hours round trip for post operative follow ups. A friend is planning to have same procedure to be done next year and she wants me to recommend her to Dr. Franklin. I

Dr. Franklin and the staff at Family Foot & Ankle provided excellent results and support for my condition. I'm now able to stand, walk, and enjoy all of my favorite outdoor hobbies pain free. From the initial consultation through the final follow-up, Dr. Franklin was attentive to my questions and gave thorough explanations of the situation and the healing process.

Dr. Franklin was very thorough with his assessment when I came to the office after having severe heel pain for a year. With his recommendations and treatment, my pain was almost completely resolved within a few weeks! He is attentive to his patients’ concerns and a great educator. I was seen on time for my appointments and all of the office staff members were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Franklin is the most thorough podiatrist we have ever had! He is very efficient and compassionate with his patients. My mother is 79-years-old and we have been to a good many doctors. We never have to wait for very long and Dr. Andrew Franklin is always compassionate and thorough when addressing any symptoms. Would highly recommend him!!

My physician is Dr. Franklin. He knew what was wrong immediately and addressed the issue appropriately. Friendly staff and minimal wait time make it a less painful experience. Hopefully they are able to keep the wait times to a minimum as they grow their practice.
