I just moved to this area a few months ago, and have felt at home as SOON as i began ordering here! I first ordered through their website and would come to pick up my orders because i was too nervous to look around... but i HIGHLY encourage you to talk to the friendly and AMAZING emplyees here, they really are some of the raddest and down-to-earth budtenders i have met!
I now choose to come in and browse, socialize, and see my friends each time I come in here! 💖

I am at a loss with a business that won’t honor its own text message blast advertising! I received a text on Monday AM spelling out the Thanksgiving week and it’s daily specials for the week. Today I am told there was a management change and they WILL NOT honor any previous text messages sent! This is a horrible way to do business and bring in new management. If this is in fact the new arrangement a text message should have gone out stating previous message was obsolete! Not sending away patients….do better!

Every time i order from here (and i usually place my order as soon as they open) i don’t hear back, even with the text updates. i wouldn’t waste my time considering their prices/deals aren’t as good as what you’ll get from the rockville/bethesda area. my review would be more positive but even when i get on the phone with Potomac Holistics, I’m met by an operator with an attitude about the wait time or my order. Not a great experience! Used to be my favorite dispensary bc it was convenient but I’m over it!!!! Go to Harvest or Peake Releaf!

Literally some of the nicest people you can meet. I have really bad social anxiety and today was my first time coming in. They made me feel welcome immediately! Everyone had smiles(as far as I could tell behind the masks lol) and calm energy which put me at ease! They even talked anime with me which almost never happens when I go into stores Lol. They were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without malice. Overall, I would def recommend to anyone for a first time store! I know for a fact I’ll be a regular here. Thanks for all your help everyone!

I'm not sure if they changed management, but now the customer service is super unfriendly. It's uncomfortable going back and dealing with the agents now as you browse in silence without recommendations. They have also been closed 20-30 minutes before the actual close time on numerous occasions which is really frustrating!

We make about an hour drive to get here and the staff always let me use their restroom. They treat my husband with respect and are always nice to us! So far they've always had the medicine I want in stock and are nice enough to place it on hold for me. Potomac Holistics gets a thumbs up from us both!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. Everything runs exremely smoothly; even on busy days the employees at Holistics do their best to minimize the waiting time for all customers. Their employees also have a vast background and will more than likely get you exactly what you need. Add to that the potential cookies drops every few weeks and you got yourself one of the best places to buy higher-end medicinal products.

This was the first dispensary I ever went to. That was 2 + years ago. I still enjoy using them because the staff is amazing, the layout is great, they have an awesome waiting room, and their deals are always really good!! They've always accommodated me and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I came here because they had a particular strain I was looking for. I even called before I went there to make sure. When I got there, I was greeted by an older woman with short brown hair. I asked about it and she told me that in order to get it, I had to buy something else. I let her know that that is not what the website says or what the gentleman on the phone said. She got the guy to come out of the back, who confirmed what I said. Did she apologize or even acknowledge me? No. I asked if I could purchase it. Did she say anything? Nope.
