Introduction to the functional medicine approach that we use to guide recommendations and healing suggestions. Review of your comprehensive health questionnaire (you will receive and should complete prior to appointment), medical history, family history, lifestyle and diet, current issues and concerns, health goals, list of medications and supplements, lab results, possible drug-induced nutrient deficiencies, etc.
SpectraCell micronutrient testing to identify nutrient deficiencies essential to your health. Elsa is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. I had resigned myself to not feeling great as ‘just getting older’. Within a short time frame of working with her, I feel 1000 times better. We are working on a lot of items but I see and feel the progress. Best decision I’ve ever made for my health. The tests they work with are incredible. If you have any health concerns and your Doctors continue to brush them off or want to write you yet another prescription, I’d highly recommend working with Elsa. I've been having a lot of gut issues over the last few years and doctors have not been able to help me besides calling my issue irritable bowel syndrome or IBS. I was referred to Golden Health holistics from a friend of a family member. Elsa broke my issues down to the molecular level and provided me treatment recommendations that actually helped to alleviate a lot of the issues that I have. I'm so grateful my mom introduced me to Elsa. I started seeing her about 2 months ago and it has been great! She really found out the cause of my health issues as opposed to giving me medication. She did an in depth study about my health and I have never felt better. I recommend following the food plan and vitamins plans that she recommends. It's been a while since I've felt this good.
