Very rude. Came in to discuss ideas to get shirts and hoodies printed in mass and the gentleman working there told me he was not going to set up a design if I wasn't sure of what I wanted. Said he didn't want to waste his time. Some of the worst customer service I've come across. Their work looks good but with an attitude like that, very repelling.
