Services
Here at Marathon Embroidery, we have all the latest in digitizing software and machinery. If you have a logo, design, or just an idea, we can turn it into thread. The possibilities are endless and there is no minimum quantity. We can work with any high resolution or vector computer art file as well as a clean drawing or picture.
Standard Artwork is included in the price of your order unless it is specified otherwise. For example, if your artwork/logo is provided to us in a low resolution or other un-vectored form, we will have to recreate it in order for it to be suitable for printing. The price to recreate the artwork/logo is dependent upon the complexity, size and color portfolio of the image(s), differing for each design.
Please choose "Past Customer" if you have placed an order in the past, or if you would like to place a repeat order. Deposit: 50% of total order required on ALL orders (cash or check) - cash due on pick up for remainder. Changes On Orders: Any changes made to order after the order is placed/finalized are subject to a $10 fee.
We carry the approved apparel for various departments of Pennsylvania Hospital/Penn Medicine staff. If you would like to purchase a jacket, you can choose to have the hospital's logo embroidered on it free of charge! Just be sure to add the logo item into your shopping cart before checking out! Please be advised that you may not wear a jacket with a name embroidered on it, inside of the hospital, for patient care!
Please be advised: Once your order is placed and payment is received, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items are custom ordered, decorated, and altered as a convenience extended to you in agreement with your hospital. We cannot afford to change this policy while keeping this wholesale pricing for hospital employees.

The embroidery I had done was good. Nothing dazzling, and 4 letters took a week. But they are convenient to my work so I went here. HOWEVER, the man in the shop, while friendly, was so incredibly inappropriate and foul mouthed I almost walked out twice. I even had to say to him multiple times NOT to show me a picture on his computer of Disney characters doing disgusting things. He used incredibly offensive language "sure I say XYZ, but I don't mean any harm!" I was so uncomfortable and would never go back.

Exceptional and high quality work! I cannot praise this shop enough. Marathon produced such beautiful pieces for corporate and personal projects The owner and staff were very helpful and meticulous in the detail of my custom orders. Not only were the final products delivered promptly and on time, but also the quality of work was fantastic. I highly recommend this embroidery shop and will continue to use them for future orders.

Horrible Customer Service! I called today to inquire about my order that is due to be picked up tomorrow. The invoice/receipt I was given has both 11 S 36th Street and South Philly location of 527 Bainbridge on it. I am new the the Philadelphia area and accidentally called the 36th Street location to check on my order. The owner was extremely rude, got an attitude with me for calling and hung up in my face when I called back to verify the correct number of the other location he'd given. I prepaid for my order and do not believe that I deserved to be treated this way as an honest, hard working paying

I personally had a good experience with this shop. I ordered 10 silk blouses for my friend bridal party to be embroidered. They helped pick out the right thread and colors. They were just over all very helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about the work and their customers.
I also like them cause they are family owned and i try to support my local philly businesses.
