In 1991, Town and Country Hand Car Wash was established in Orange City, California, as the first Fantasy Car Wash in Orange city. Our goal is not only to provide our customers with a top-tier hand wash but also we want to make it an interactive, relaxing, and fun car wash experience. We are the oldest independent hand car wash facility in the city of Orange and we are proud that we have been serving the area for over two decades.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They were pulling my vehicle in and it came off tracks as they were washing it, it damaged the underneath of my car. As they were pulling it out you could hear the metal scraping, they tried to hide the car, until I followed Them to the back and confronted them about the issue. Both of the owners (I believe That’s who they are, I was Told it was) just decided to argue with me and state they have a sign stating they are not responsible for vehicle damage) never offered a refund, discount. Only offered an argument. I should Have left when I first got there and was greeted by

I went for a car wash and paid extra for a hard interior detail. When I received my car, they simply wiped down SOME hard surfaces. I brought it to the attention of the worker who sighed and attempted to do better. I then, inspected the interior and realized they didn't even wipe ALL hard surfaces. I went to the manager who said the man who wrote my ticket didn't speak well enough english to understand what I wanted. I told him I would have to find another car wash, he sent someone else to clean the 2 spots I mentioned and told me that it would be better to find another car wash. He didn't offer

I normally hate leaving bad reviews but when I spend $45 on a "GOLD WASH" and the quality is that of the drive through gas station for $5 something must be said. All the trim is half done. Bumpers still have dirt on them. Tires half done. Even after asking if the gentleman could finish the mirror trim only half done with. Most missed. This is the second bad experience I have had here. And this took an hour and a half. That's not even mentioning the glossed over inside. Sorely disappointed and would not recommend.

Amazing customer service. The gentleman (I believed named Luciano) taking my work order explained everything in detail and recommended me the perfect option for my car. I didn't even felt pressured in getting something I didn't need because he made me felt confident in his knowledge. Staff did an amazing job cleaning the inside and out of my car. No one besides myself and now Town & Country are the only people that I would trust washing my car again. Definitely coming back!
