This is the second car I have brought to this car wash...completely brush free. When they made my 2014 look spotless I took the leap and trusted them with my new car.
The staff are courteous and do an awesome job making your car look amazing. When they detail, you can sit outside and observe how much care they put into every vehicle.
When I run errands in Orange County, I drive from Upland to go to this car wash!

My car needed a good car wash... it's been months of me doing the "drive thru" ones but I really needed someone to get the details of it. I went on Yelp, and found Euclid Hand Car Wash. i drove from the Cypress area to check this place out, and was not disappointed. Was greeted by David and his friendly staff. The car wash was a fair priced. I explained that I needed my back trunk scrubbed because I spilled detergent on it and the guys did not disappoint! I walked in and got the "mini detail" for my 2021 car. When I picked up the car I did a quick walk around though to make sure everything was ok but noticed a deep scratch. I'm writing this out because it isn't even that this would be an expensive repair (it'll be cheap), it's that the car wash didn't do the right thing at all. They handled the whole thing stupidly. They didn't own up to their mistake. Don't get me wrong, the workers are hard

I wanted to like it, they do a decent job. The don't seem to truly care about making sure they are using good products and techniques on your car. My cars paint had circular scratches on the paint and the paint is starting to chip near my passenger door. My paint had no scratches and no chips when I would take my car and after coming a few time, I would not recommend to those who want to keep their car looking good as new.

I want to say that if I could give this location six stars I would!
I have been here several times and have enjoyed the experience each time. We first discovered this location last summer and before even going in I searched up yelp reviews and was happy to see all the positive comments.
The staff is extremely friendly, communicative and attentive.
The prices are also extremely great!

Really good car wash in that they do a pretty good job. Completely thorough? Not always as they never want to clean my vanity mirrors. It's part of the car, so I'm not sure what's up with that.
My other concern is that I see several workers walking around with their masks being worn improperly. They are below the nose or even below the mouth. I realize they are mostly outside, but when they get inside my car go clean it, they should be covered up completely with their mask. Management, please talk to your employees about this. Thank you.

Their standard car wash is fine, but paying extra for their water spot removal is a scam!
Came in with some water spots from a sprinkler a couple days ago, paid $55 for a "mini-detail". It was their cheapest option for water spot removal. Drove my car home and was very disappointed. There was still water spot residue all over the hood and bumper (the outdoor picture).
Went back and asked what they could do about it, and they said they can't do anything, that I'd need a new paint job because my car is old and the water was "probably sitting there for months".

I'm done going to this car wash, every time I go it gets worse and worse. I've gone multiple times and I always ask kindly that they simply clean my rims and every time they end up the same way like I'm the pictures. Today I went and I said specifically please please clean the inside of my rims I always ask and they never do it and the guy looked at me confused that they never do it. I went in thinking ok maybe this time they will listen but I was dissatisfied and not only was that an issue I also walk inside my car and the guy put all the product on my interior and left it extremely

Super upset after my first visit at the Euclid hand car wash. The car wash wasn't even that great and they missed so many parts of my car. The biggest issue I have is them dropping the long scrub brush on my car and causing a dent. The manager on duty didn't seem to care and had me fill out a claim. Now I'm waiting on the manager to call me back. I will never go here again!

Rush through their work! I took my new car to get washed everything looked fine until I got someone else to wash it a week or so after. They let me know that whoever had done the previous wax had messed up my paint.

I paid for the mini detail, and my car did end up sparkly clean... on the outside. I'm not sure if it's the norm but my car trunk was not cleaned out well. It still had soil/dirt like it wasn't vacuumed properly. The sides of my car rubber still had dust and soil as well. The staff were accommodating and friendly though. I would come back but not pay more for "detailing".

My car was overdue for a detailing, so I wasn't mad when I was upsold to the $50 package. It had been a year since I got my car so it was fine. I was told it would take 45 minutes. I arrived early in the morning so I was happy, but it actually turned out to be more like an hour & 15 minutes.

I've been here several times now and each time they say a certain amount of time but prepare to wait longer. They have specials, but nothing special, wax for leather seat but still found dust left on seats, dashboard, and small crevices (resting arm, seats, shift knob area). Hand-wash part of the special deal is part machine wash. Exterior Wax attract more dust after a couple of weeks...so get if it's necessary.

Most places see how low my car is and turn me away immediately but not here! Megan and the crew said no worries we'll wash it by hand and take care of you and that's exactly what they did. My car came out looking amazing inside and out and I couldn't be happier thank you Soo much.
It's crazy how people can use a platform like Yelp, Google maps etc. to hurt a small business just because they are having a bad day and aren't getting catered to while dishing out attitudes

I went yesterday and I own a tiny 2 door fiat which is like the size of a smart car. It was about a month since I washed it and I was talked into the diamond package so they could wipe down my dash and I get to pick an air freshener. The woman who charged me out was super nice and kind but I'm just so disappointed in the wash itself.
The outside of the car has so many dirty spots still and I wiped it with my hand to check if it was permanent damage and nope, wiped off with my fingers. The vacuum was poorly done, the plastic part of my dash (which is 50% of the
