I needed a mortise lockset installed on my exterior set of double doors that are very old. I researched a number of lock companies and quickly realized that not every locksmith is experienced in installing mortise locks although they claim to be. When I came upon Monaco Lock Co., and explained my situation, the owner replied quickly and said that she would have Ismael, one of their techs who has experience in mortise locks, come to my home to assess the job and follow up with a quote. Everyone I worked with, from my initial through to the service itself, was super friendly and helpful. They talked me through the services to make sure I got the right one and quoted me upfront so I understood all the costs clearly. On the day of the person handling my service called to let me know I was next and once there handled everything very quickly and did a great job. Overall really excellent service!

Eddie and the team at Monaco Lock are top notch. We had them replace the entire door actuator, and mechanism for our apartment building and could not have been happier with the quality and the level of service provided. I was reluctant about where to go for a lock smith job, however I went to Monaco and I am glad I did. Eddie installed an Augustloc on our brownstone door. He was efficient, friendly and provided good clean service. Every interaction that I have had with the Monaco representatives (Scott and Eddie) have been nothing less than helpful and professional.

Monaco Lock is as good as it gets. Big thanks to Ed who came out. Ed came by promptly at the time we set up and changed 3 different set of locks (2 with deadbolts) and made numerous copies. He went above + beyond and also helped us secure a window that was not properly aligned and gave us good tips to prevent any window burglaries. All the work took no longer than 2 hours and the price was very fair.

I needed a deadbolt for my newly purchased apt. Called Monaco and they said they could install it that afternoon. The tech came on time and quickly installed the lock cleaned up the mess and was done in 30 minutes. The tech, Brian, was very nice and courteous. Perfect. Price was not cheap but was what I expected. I definitely recommend Monaco Luck.
