Amazing!!! I went on a trip with coworkers and it was one of the best experiences I've had. the condo is beautiful, and the kitchen, beds, and hot tub are awesome. it's also about a 7 minute uber drive away from the funnest parts of town, so that was always a cheap and easy option to get where you need to go. I would LOVE to make plans to come here again.

We had 6 adults and 8 teens. The house fit us beautifully. Everyone had a comfortable beds and adults had privacy. The beds were really comfortable and new. The house was also a really cool temperature - great for sleeping. The kids loved watching movies on the 4th floor from the two nooks -- perfect for late night scary movies.
The house overlooks the French Broad River. Jay provided floats for all 14 of us, and we simply blew them up, walked them down and put them in. Super convenient and an inexpensive, relaxing way to pass a few vacation hours. We floated to White Duck Tacos twice -- it takes1

The upstream penthouse is an uber-luxurious house with gorgeous views of the river! Hands down the best place to stay- sporting some of the best amenities.
The décor, the furniture, the high-quality appliances…the list goes on and on. One of the incredible things was the Kitchen—it was equipped with everything you could ever want for dining in, even a popcorn maker!
The location was fantastic central to Asheville's best eatery and outdoor sporting adventures.

We stayed in the Penthouse which was spacious and beautiful. Everything in the house is of high quality from appliances to bedding, to decor. The kitchen is stacked with everything you could possibly need. Location is perfect as it is directly across from the river's launch, which is also located in a park with a bike path that leads downtown. We all had a blast in the hot tub and party room on the top floor. There's even an electronic dumb waiter to help lug groceries and luggage to your floor. The owner Jay is quick to respond and is nearby should you need anything. It was a fantastic getaway

Home Away From Home”
I have stayed in Asheville countless times and this was truly the best place I have ever stayed at including the top hotels in the area. We were so sad to leave, we loved it THAT much!
Modern, spacious, and luxurious home! Beautiful views, especially at sunset and sunrise. The host Jay is very kind and easy to communicate with.
There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. My favorite was the coffee station and smart TVs! The jacuzzi and tree house bed made the property extra unforgettable. You will never find more comfortable mattresses and the wifi is

The house is located directly across from the French Broad River in the River Arts District and is really close to everything, including Downtown Asheville. It’s perfectly decorated, cozy and the layout is very family-friendly or bachelorette/bachelor party-friendly with several huge communal areas. My kids went wild over the tree house bunk room and the master suite is incredible. We LOVED the view from the hot tub!
There were LOTS of things I loved about the house, but I was really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with quality items. I usually bring my own serving platters,

Let me start by saying that Jay, the owner of the 3 Upstream Way homes (Penthouse, Bachelorette, Bohemian), is amazing. He has built a beautiful oasis of upscale, modern, cozy homes overlooking the French Broad River and the grounds of the Biltmore Estate. I highly encourage you to book 1-3 of his side by side homes (soon to be 4!) for your family, friends, celebration, etc. He spared no expensive in constructing and decorating the homes and it shows. I wish I could live full time in any of his houses. They have literally any amenity you could need and then some. No detail is too small for him

The Bachelorette is a beautiful modern home with all the finishes! It is perfectly situated right outside of downtown Asheville across from the French Broad River. It is a close walk to the greenway and within a short drive to tons of hiking trails. We loved the openness and modern boho decor throughout. All levels were spacious, well appointed for family-fun or a group get together. The hot tub is awesome and has mountain views! The host was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing visit.
