Put simply, Sattler's text is a tour de force in the field of assessment psychology. It remains as relevant today as it was over 45 years ago when the first edition was published. Grad school student here. Ordered my books 1 month ago and still have not received them.
Bottom line: If you order books from this publisher for classes, do so AT LEAST a month in advance. Classmates had similar feedback.
I realized it had been 3 weeks since I placed my book order for school and I hadn't received them. I contacted the company and they had completely lost my order... if I hadn't contacted them I would not have received any books. I then received complimentary 2-day shipping for the order. It has been 5 days since my books were supposed to be shipped, and USPS says that it is still
