I went to Susana Reyes after having met with several other immigrant attorneys. After my consultation with Ms. Reyes I was finally able to have a better understanding with my case. She gave me a realistic and non biased expectation about the next steps and potential outcomes.

If I had a (- 0) as an option I would definitely do it.
I could make a list of how unprofessional, retrograde, unknowledgeable, unsophisticated, uneducated, mindless, inexperienced and so on she is.
What type of attorney doesn't know how to write an email to a client? or do it without subject?... or even has a decency and respect of not to ignore client's questions, emails, text message etc...
What type of professional send an official document with 17 misspelling client's name? Poor knowledge of word, including law vocabulary.
I was at the point to tell her how she should be more organize

Ms. Reyes has an excellent knowledge for immigration law. She was very meticulous on how she handled my case. Unknown to the process, Ms. Reyes took the time to clear any misconceptions I may of had and walked me through the process step by step. She kept in close communication with me and my family to ensure we stayed on top of any deadlines we needed to meet. She definitely took the time to listen, obtain all the information to analyze as she came up with a plan of action for my case. Her compassion helped us gain hope and confidence even when we faced difficult obstacles. Ms. Reyes hard work

Susana Reyes represented, and continues to represent, me and my sister for immigration law needs. She is by far the most professional, responsive and clear lawyer I have ever worked with. She really helped us navigate some complicated situations and beyond being a great lawyer, she is a compassionate person who truly tries to help people. I cannot recommend her services enough.
