We had our well pump go out on a Tuesday night. I called this company in hopes of getting some answers, and then obviously some running water again. Wednesday morning, I spoke with a very knowledgeable individual, and she advised what to do. I sent over some pictures, and then within a few hours they had someone out to physically look at it. He estimated my price, and advised exactly what was needed to be done. They came out Thursday morning exactly when they said they would be there. The man doing the work was pristine. He was Extremely knowledgeable, and I can tell he excelled at his trade. Professionalism

This experience was absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.
The process started with an 'out of water' call for service.
S&R / Krizan arrived to my home and identified that the old well pump was bad.
The employee for S&R / Krizan pulled out the old pump and put a brand new pump in in the well that was DIFFERENT voltage then the one they removed - I the home owner was blamed for this as the employee stated that he could not work with me watching.
The new pump had a different voltage, different pumping curve and a higher GPM rating then the one they removed... nothing the same except it
