Each PVC pump is shipped with a corporate commitment to make the unit perform as specified. A total dedication to performance is based upon experience gained since 1964 in matching axial piston pumps to a wide range of fluid power applications. Our commitment does not stop with the shipment of an individually tested product.
Each PV pump is shipped with a corporate commitment to make the unit perform as specified. Separate hardened alloy steel valve plate resists wear. Unidirectional designs include a precompression orifice from the discharge port to the approaching cylinder. This method allows a uniform, gradual pressure rise from inlet to outlet to minimize mechanical shock and the resultant noise.
Controls used on Hartmann PVX, PVD and PVC pumps incorporate a modular design concept. This allows the combination of multiple controls by stacking them and also permits the same controls that operate an 8cc pump to operate a 190cc pump. Users of these Hartmann series pumps have the ability to change controls in the field by ordering some of our 30 plus different factory set or adjustable controls.
