We have lived in this house for 5 years and only had the carpets cleaned once. That time was a terrible job and a waste of money. Since then I have used a Bissel Steam Cleaner but it wasn't up to the task and our carpets kept looking worse and worse. Finally The Rug Bug was suggested to me. Amazing! Just amazing! I thought our carpeting was beyond hope but it now looks like the day we moved in. I don't know how they did it, I only care that they did. Give these people your business. This family owned business is “spot on” when it comes to honest customer service and quality work that is expected of customers like me. They thoroughly explains the work to me before cleaning my carpets. Their price was reasonable. After cleaning, my carpet had a rippling affect in which the company explained to me why that happened with certain type carpets. They said if the ripples did not relax back down within a day, they would come out free of charge and stretch the carpet. Sure enough they knew what they were talking about. The ripples laid down flat and my carpet is now beautifully

I am so impressed with this company! Jeff and his assistant Mason did an amazing job on my tile floors including the stairs. I could see the tile was dirty but it wasn't until lifting the 2 large area rugs that I saw the difference between the covered up tile and the areas we walk on daily (and our 70# dog) The tile looks like it did the day it was installed! Could not be happier with the job they did! Amazing!!! Also, this is a family-owned, local business, wonderful customer service and very reasonably priced!! Thank You!!!

First time customer and I am very happy. Price quoted was the price charged. No gimmicks just great service. My carpets were in bad shape with mysterious stains and also a few pet stains in there. All came out. The guys were in and out in 1 hour. They actually called to see if they could come early so it was really nice. Great work guys thanks again. Ill be calling for my area rugs when the time is right.

The Rug Bug came highly recommended to us and after Jeff finished, we know why! Our 13 year old carpet honestly looks like new! And it's not high end carpet. He worked magic on it and we couldn't be more pleased! If we could give more stars we would because the price was so reasonable and he was in and out of here in record time AND he arrived on time! We like doing business with family owned and operated companies and that's the Rug Bug. If you need your carpets cleaned, no need to try the others. We live in Elk Grove and they service this area too.

I was very pleased that I went with The Rug Bug. I got an appointment for the weekend and the crew was extremely fast and efficient. It only took them 45 minutes to pack-in and pack-out for a 2 bedroom, hallway and living room carpet cleaning. After they were done- my carpets were good as new! The price was very fair as well.
