What is integrative pain medicine? Nerve blocks are interventional pain management techniques that have become part of the treatment for many people who are in severe pain. Nerve blocks are injections of local anesthetic and steroids directly into the nerve that is generating the pain signals. I worked for Allpria Healthcare for 7 months. I was Front desk medical receptionist, one of the high points of making a clinic run smoothly. I loved The patients and the MAs that we had at the time, Throughout my time working there we had a new manager come in, Cindi. When she came in we all were struggling within areas of our jobs, dealing with over 50 patients a day and only 1 front desk (me) and 2 MA’s was a struggle, so we all were very excited to hear and see an enthusiastic manager come in and hopefully turn the place around. After 27 years of knee pain, I was able to see Allpria, and DR Kandah. DR Kandah explained the situation in a way that even I, a truck driver, could understand. We went through the standard testing, and had GREAT results. After the ablazeion I was back to about 90%, from about 40%. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with those results.

Dr Kandah and his staff are an amazing group of young and wonderful people, who brighten up my day from the moment I walk in the door. The procedures they have performed on me have helped me so much that I feel like a brand new woman. So I would say, yes! I have seen a few pain management specialists but never really got a sense that they cared about me and my issues. When I met Charmin Sjoberg and Dr. Frandrup, I immediately knew that they sincerely cared about their patients. Ms. Sjoberg listens to my concerns and offers real solutions. The staff are amazing as well. They are all very friendly and professional and always willing to lend an ear. I am very satisfied with my treatment at Allpria and highly recommend them to anyone suffering from any type of pain.

Dr Michael Shell is an awesome Doctor. He is caring and listening to you about your concerns. You are apart of your treatment plans. He doesn't just dope you up with meds which is what I didn't want like my prior dr did. He also was patience while I ask him questions about my health. I am glad he is my dr. I was scared to go to dr because of the bad experiences I had with last dr, but he had me laughing it was a good experience for me. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Dr. Frandrup never gives up trying to relieve the pain I was in. Through a series of dry needling events, he determined that my pain was being caused by tight muscles in my hip and butt. Next he tried botox injections into those muscles to shut them down for a couple of months and I am out of pain. Now I have the band width to get stretching/rolfing/PT to stretch those muscles out and be put of pain permanently. He used an innovative approach to solve my problem. Brilliant!!!!!

Dr. Nguyen spent an incredible amount of time with my son who has a very complicated pain management situation after an accident. He met us in the waiting room and during the consultation reviewed all of the records he had for my son. He spoke directly to him which was awesome. He explained everything in very easy to understand terms even though we've been dealing with this for over 4 years. I was referred to Dr Nguyan after coming to the realization that my pain managment Dr of 9 years was not listening to me it was a very difficult decision. Dr Nguyen not only took the time to listen to me about my concern about condition but offered me other non narcotic options that worked!!
