The best thing I have done is find a chiropractor. I knew I had scoliosis but I didn’t know I had three separate curves in my spine. It makes so much sense why I always felt like crap no matter what I tried. Dr. Fogarty is amazing as are all his staff. They know me by name and always make me feel heard and welcome. I have been dealing with progressively worsening migraines over the years...twice I’ve walked into the practice with a migraine and after an adjustment I walked out feeling better and within hours, my headache had dissipated. I can’t wait to see how things continue
