We switched to Ken Muncy AC in 2020 after our previous company botched a repair job. We are very happy with their service, responsiveness, and pricing. One of our units was 17 years old, and we decided to replace it this year. The price on a new Goodman unit was significantly less (by thousands!) than their competitors, and the installation was done in a timely manner. When it's 116 degrees out, you need a reliable and trustworthy AC company. Ken Muncy and his team have earned our business.

I called the company yesterday passed working business hours and I spoken with Ken for service and he immediately scheduled me for the next day. And his employee showed up early morning. And repair was done less than an hour. This was a super excellent service. I called the company that installed my air condition unit 3 years ago and I asked to speak to a manager, and I did not get a callback and the company scheduled me for 2 more days.. Ken Muncy AC is the best service provider of ANY kind we've ever had in all our decades of owning a home. They show up when they say they will, they do the most expert work (fixed correctly the *first* time), they charge a fair price, and they finish the job on the first visit even if they have to go get specific parts. All of the repair staff are clean, professional and polite and I've known them so long that I can leave to go to work and they lock up when done---no problems. I've known Ken and his staff for 16 years, they have the highest business ethics.
