These guys are hard to work with, not responsive to parts orders and forget about them taking care of warrenty issues. They send parts and it's up to you to put them in. Alliance says they're the only dealer in my area, won't let another company to start up to service us. We're done with heubsch machinery. Speed Queen handles by another dealer has awesome parts service and sales.
