Not very many shops are open on Sundays, but I stumbled upon Keep It Runnin Smog when I thought I had a nail in my tire. I did a Yelp search and found this place. I drove to the location and there were two gentlemen there to help. I think they might have been a father-son duo. The older gentleman helped me right away and informed me that my tire was just lacking air. He pumped it up and didn't even charge me. I went for a Smog check. I had issue with some reading. He asked me to come back after a long drive. I did so. But when I came back he basically said I did not do it, when in reality I did that, then he asked me to do that again and threatened of charging the full amount the next time. I never went back as I was clueless how to fix this. Went to another place who clearly instructed me to drive me within around 65 mph while not turning the AC on and if I could not do he could do it for extra charge. Fortunately, I followed and it worked.

Well the business owner is pretty bad. Charged me $50 for running a smog check without giving me a proper invoice while the actual price should be $31.75. Learned a lesson to never use any suspicious service like this... Tips for anybody who has to do business with them. Make sure to double check their service price before letting them start the work. Do not let them scam you with fake price...

My car was was shaking really bad and I took it to another shop and they said I needed new brakes and I recently had them changed I took it to keep it running after he looked at it he told me the brakes were new it was just the arm things he fixed it and showed me the broken parts very honest and reasonable prices and he even offers a loner if I needed it will take all my future repairs there I would highly recommend this shop

I've finally found an auto-mechanic I trust.
Took my Ford Mustang to the Ford Service-place on Steven's Creek, San Jose two years ago. Carefully explained that it kept running out of coolant, and the AC wasn't working, AND that I had had it looked at by an auto-mechanic in Redwood City two months earlier, and they had told me nothing was wrong, when clearly there was. Ford charged me $700 dollars, told me everything's fine, just refill freons.
Same problems persisted, so we've been driving around refilling coolant every time we fill up gas, and have had no AC - for

The service we received here was friendly enough, but I received inaccurate information and basically wasted my money here. Our AC stopped working after 10+ years of working fine. I asked several times if there could be a leak, but I was told no, it just needs to be recharged with refrigerant. They drained and recharged the AC with cans, the AC started working again, and we were on our way. It worked for a few weeks but the AC is weakening again now just like before, so there must be a leak.
I appreciate their effort to help me out quickly, but I feel that they misled me with inaccurate advice
