Fraud place, send a technician to do a job in one of there houses , they told me only after we finish to job that it's take time to get the check . (Everyone know when job done need to get paid but not with them), waited 4 days and then get a text massage that they didn't like the job and they don't gonna pay, 4 days after we did what they ask for . Be aware and don't do nothing in there place if u want to get paid

If I could rate them with a 0 I would. I called the office to make a complaint and for the first time I heard that they are not responsible for looking into the property if they were only hired to create a contract for the owner of a property. I used to live in MA and I rented a property in Lake Wales trusting the transaction as an "agency" was involved. I did not have the ability to come to FL to see the property due to budget limitations, which I understand it was my fault. My complaint is that if you are creating a contract and you are an agency, who cares about your reputation, I do not believe
