Rented one of their properties for about two years now. Not only is Tamara super sweet, she always communicates with me and makes sure I am taken care of. Always responds very quickly. Our a/c went out and she went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and had the AC fixed within a day or two even had someone bring a small unit so we didn’t overheat in the meantime . They were selling our condo and I was very nervous and scared about the process but she explained it to me and I was still hesitant you never know but it went EXACTLY HOW SHE SAID. Quick fast and everyone was so respectful

Tim and Deb were invaluable assets in helping us find our dream home when we decided to move from NJ to the Orlando area. They were extremely knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and all aspects of the real estate process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tim. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in and the surrounding areas. We did not live in the area at the time and came down for an extended weekend and Tim showed us different areas and properties Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He was very open, honest, and presented us with many more… options than we expected to see in that time. He was very patient, friendly, professional, and courteous. He also provided advice and helped us negotiate with two properties until we found the right one and was there helping us all the way through

Deb Schroeder was a great help for both of our purchases, a townhouse in 2014 & a single home in 2017. Deb supplied us with many listings through email since we lived out of state. We had the best experience possible purchasing our home with Deb. We were moving from out of state. We were in contact with Deb a month before we met her. She asked our wants and needs for a home. We discussed numerous listings and the pros and cons of the homes to narrow down our list.
