Massage therapy has proven to be an effective treatment for many painful musculoskeletal injuries including back and neck pain. The kneading and pressure on the muscles of a deep tissue massage stimulate blood flow in the area of injury and assist the lymphatic system in the movement of fluid around the body.

Dr Kautz is the best chiropractor I have been to. She is so thorough and takes her time. She listens and truly cares. She has a very outgoing, welcoming personality. I have been out in public and overheard a table of 5 people next to me talking about how amazing she is. So apparently she is the talk of the town!

I was referred to Kautz Chiropractic by a friend and patient of Dr. Shepherd. There I received one of the best massages I've ever had. I loved it so much that I gave a $25 tip and scheduled another appointment.

Dr. Kautz has helped me tremendously with my acute sports injuries. I come in with limited mobility/functionality and leave in a much better state. She even gives me rehab exercises to do at home. Last time I went in she rehabbed my wrist back to full mobility - something I thought I was going to have to live with - and adjusted my shoulder so now I can sleep on it at night. It’s nice to have a sports chiropractor to depend on.
