Greg is fantastic! Great guy that was very informative and a straight shooter. He is truly a man of his word. We had some delays due to kawasaki being back logged. Greg was up front and kept me in the loop the entire time. Spread the word this guy is worth the drive no matter where you come from. I came from Buchanan Va. BEST dealer around!!! Great people!

Purchased my new 2021 Crf250f from here. Zing was the sales rep who help me, I had to travel 2 hrs to come get it so I didn't want any surprises. He was up front with the price, very professional and did everything he could to make the sale go smooth as possible. Even the finance department was awesome! I would definitely go back to buy more of my power sports even though it's far from me. It's hard to find good customer service but this place has it! Thanks again!

I was in the area and needed some cold weather gloves for my trip and they had exactly what I needed. Great selection. Also my battery was going bad and they had one battery that would fit my Road King. Darrell (forgive me for spelling if I got it wrong) was great at assisting me and gave me a great price for it. Great place to shop. I will be visiting these guys again!!!

5 stars! This is the only place i have purchased my bikes(5) and dont plan on going anywhere else! Everyone is so helpful and kind, even when busy and working with multiple guests. They have all helped me achieve my goals and get the rides ive always wanted! Whether you talk to David (my main man) Greg, who always knows his stuff and Zing, the sales manager who is easy to talk to and make deals with! I have to mention Susan as well, great personality and she went above and beyond helping me get on the road! Another thanks to Steve from service, very knowledgeable and willing to talk with you and

I would give them a zero if I could. Do not waste your time or money. Zane will lie to your face and pressure you. Steve will tell you one price then over charge you when you have work done. WCS use to be our favorite, but the last 2 years their customer service has only gotten worse!! 2 of my friends told me to stay away, but I didn't - my mistake and it WILL NOT HAPPEN again!

I'm a newer rider, but quickly outgrew my (rather small) first bike, a Suzi S40. I stopped in Wayne's with the intention that I wanted something sportier, so I took a Ninja 400 out for a spin. When I got back, the ride was fun, but I had my concerns. Zing, the sales manager, heard my complaints, and brought me over to this 2019 Kawi Vulcan S instead. After taking it for a spin, it was love at first ride. Credit where it is due, a salesman identified what I really wanted and needed, and steered me in the right direction and at the right price... not something I could say is the experience shared

I went to Wayne Cycle in Waynesboro, VA to have a new front tire put on my motorcycle. They charged $91! I didn't even pay that much for the tire. I asked if the price would have been the same if I hadn't brought in my own tire (bought online elsewhere), but they said "no". What a ripoff! The last time I had *automobile* tires put on, they were about $20 each tire.

This is the first bike I've purchased from Wayne Cycle and I couldn't be more pleased. They offer demo rides. The salespeople are non-commissioned so there's no pressure tactics.
I worked with Zing and he was super helpful. He helped me strap the bike onto my carrier! They have been around since the 70s and they're nestled in an area that's easy access to Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway.
5 stars from me and if you're in their neck of the woods stop by for a visit.

I'll try to keep this short... My wife and I were spending the weekend in the Shenandoah from DC. We rode down on my 2017 T120. After spending an afternoon riding around the country we arrived in the town of Crozet, VA (45 min from our cabin) to stop in at a brewery. Just as we were about to park, we got a flat tire. It was a Saturday around 3:30 pm. I had a plug kit with me but was unaware that the tire also had a tube. I called Wayne's Cycle Shop 10 minutes before they closed and explained our situation. I spoke with Darrel Ruppel. He checked to see if they had any tubes that would

Recently bought my new TE300 from Wayne Cycle shop and was very pleased with the experience. The sales and finance staff were helpful and willing to help me get the bike tagged appropriately, and the manager - Adam - was an incredibly help for a guy buying his first two stroke. Wayne was able to jet my new bike to fit the kind of riding I do, and he gave me a lengthy overview on how to take care of the bike properly.
In addition, the staff at Wayne is always available over the phone to answer my dumb questions. I look forward to getting my bike serviced here when I inevitably put it into a tree

Worst experience I've ever had at a bike shop, by far. Long story short, they took three weeks longer than I was told (to do some pretty simple jobs to a Kawasaki KLR), and my bike still wasn't road ready. It came time for me to leave town within the next week, so I pulled the bike, unfinished, and brought it elsewhere, afraid of how much longer it would have been at Wayne Cycles. Once per week after the due date, I'd call and politely inquire. "We just got the part in". I heard that every week. Wait, didn't you say that two weeks ago????
