I've stayed at Circle the Wagons twice and both times I absolutely loved staying there. In July of 2021, I was with a large group from the organization, Girl Campers. The owners were so accommodating for our group, and they even cooked us a big breakfast on our last morning. The grounds and bathrooms are clean, the game room has lots to do (I even borrowed some DVDs to watch at night), sites are level and big, and there was never any noise problem. You can walk to all the cute little places in La Veta and it's a short drive to Lathrop State Park, where you can swim/boat, etc. The campers that stay

Jan and Blake, thank you so much for keeping a terrific RV park. Situated in a very quiet area in a very friendly and cute little town. Accessible to so many sites and places to visit. Bathrooms were top notch and the sites were cozy but very well kept. The RV park alone has a terrific fire pit and area to congregate for a group or an event. They have a room with a library and puzzles and games. We loved it!

We stayed 3 nights here and can’t say enough nice things about the park and the hosts, Paul and Jayne. The bath house, game room, and laundry are the cleanest I have ever seen. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of options for sitting/visiting or playing some of the many yard games they have. They are pet friendly and we loved walking our dogs along the river. We will definitely go back.

This is one of our favorite parks in the lower 48. Small, well maintained with plenty of space between sites. Everyone is very nice. It is somewhat out of the way but that's part of its charm. If you are looking for gig speed Wi-Fi or cable etc, this isn't for you. But if a nice, quiet, well maintained park with room between you and your neighbor to move about, I highly recommend this park.

This is a very nice campground. The park is small but very well maintained. A lot of attention paid to activities. Nice game room with lots of books puzzles and movies that anyone can use. The laundry was small but very clean. Nice patio area and fire pit. I wished I had a site along the river. That would have been so relaxing. We did walk the little trail along the river.
