Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and so easy to talk to and get questions answered. Been going there for 4-5 years and would not go anywhere else! Helped me tremendously in all my hearing issues. Yes they sell hearing instruments, but they care about you and your hearing as people. Love their family oriented and Christian atmosphere. Everyone who works there is great!

Professional and very respectful to my 90 year old brother who uses oxygen and a walker. He had been their client for several years and they listen to him and allow him to be part of the decision making. Accommodating and, as an aside, they give back to the community. It is the epitome of what a family business should be. Also follow COVID protection guidelines.

I purchased hearing aids from Armand's over a month ago, my first. I was told by the technician, yes, not an M.D. he said if I didn't buy them, I'd be delft in a couple of years. $5,000 I paid on Friday, I took them back on Monday for a refund after checking for reviews of their product. They weren't rated anywhere. I was told they were charging me $458.00 for their time and were holding the rest, over $4,500 for 30 days. I finally went to their business and just got my money back, after a month. I would have rated them less if I could.

My mother bought her hearing aides at the Sun City Center location more than a month ago. She's worn hearing aides for years so I didn't expect much difference. Hearing aides have improved of course but it's the good fit and the adjustments that have made life better for all of us. Mom joins into more conversations and doesn't have that confused look on her face.
We've gone to a few luncheons and other activities, her hearing has improved her enjoyment.
