Horrible communication. I ordered custom shirts & to this date I still do not have my order as I designed it. They did give me shirts that I designed HOWEVER THEY ARE RUINED BECAUSE OF THE INK THEY LEAKED ON THE SHIRT, I pointed out SOME OF THE DEFECTS FROM THE INK SPLATTER.
IF THEY FIX THE ORDER & REFUND ME THE MONEY THEY SAID THEY WOULD I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW.

Flakey customer service. What ever happened to the customer comes first? Walked in, walked up to the counter and stood for 30 seconds before she acknowledged me when she finally said, “I’ll be with you in a second” and then proceeded to continue typing for a while... Definitely felt like she didn’t care that I was there needing assistance. Eventually I got frustrated and just left.
