Deborah is a Jersey girl, and a graduated from Rowan University with B.A. in Business Administration. In 1983 she moved to Rochester, NY to open a State Farm Insurance agency. Providing auto insurance, life insurance, home insurance, and retirement planning. Our office is animal & earth friendly.
Deborah is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, a member of the Greece NY Regional Chamber of Commerce, and was their Microenterprise Business of the Year winner in 2017.Greece Rotary Club Member, Delta Sigma Theta Alumnae member, lifetime member of the Greece Historic Society, and a local supporter of the GEVA Theater.

My wife and i met Deborah Whitt over 20 years ago when we purchased our home in Greece, NY..She remains to be just as vibrant, courteous and professional today. She communicates very well and keeps us updated and informed about State Farms changes and new opportunities. Its a joy to visit her office and interact with any of her agents.

Today I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize.m, so I let it go to voicemail... when I listened to the message. Debra’s staff had called to wish me a Happy Birthday!! I was so shocked that happened.. that they took time out of their day .. So I just had to call back and thank them and let them know that they brighten my day even more ... I spoke to Debra and so sweet and kind to talk to and grateful that I called back .. I switched over to State Farm a few months ago .. it’s the little things that matter .. I was referred to Deborah by State Farm when she opened her office about 36 years ago or so and have always been happy with her services. Now my sons also use her for their insurance needs.
Very friendly and professional. Kudos to them for the numerous auto and homeowners questions that they have answered for all of us.Lonnie has been like a family member to us!!!

My Familie has been with Debbie since she first opened, and now since its just me left to carry on, there's no place like home. I say that b/c/ her and her staff are more like extended Familie than agent - client status. I lost Mum Nov 020, and the office sent a card and called to ask how I was holdin up. I worked with Loni more in the past than of late, but she worked the tough stuff when it came to dealin with both SF Corporate and outside agencies. I remember her tellin me this when I was beyond mad at the world - "You talk with me, let me talk to them. Let me do the rest, I can handle them

I've been with state farm since I was 16 with my first car and they've taken such good care of me, they've fed me at their summer cookouts, when I've had financial struggles they've been helpful and understanding and let me pay at a later date, I recommend state farm to all my friends and family, they're by far the best around. And shoutout to LONNIE RUFFINO who has been the best agent I could have! Deborah and the whole team has always been friendly and helpful consistantly. Thanks for everything you guys have done for me!
