Responsibility has always been at the core of our way of doing business. We know that our continued success rests on our ability to listen to our customers, understand your unique circumstances and to earn the trust that you place in us, everyday! Everyone says it, but we actually mean it. Our phones are answered by people, not machines so that we can help you.

Since we are a small company, you have the opportunity to talk to the same person every time you call building a relationship between you and our representative. We understand how confusing Medicare rules and regulations can be, and with the constant changes to the program it can be difficult to know what is and isn't covered.
Services
Duke Medical Supply, Inc. was started in 2004 to provide quality Ostomy and Urological supplies to Medicare beneficiaries. We are located in suburban St Louis, Missouri, and our intent is to always provide fast, accurate and friendly service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our high rate of customer satisfaction and retention, because we want to make dealing with Medicare as easy as possible for you.
Medicare covers ostomy supplies for beneficiaries with a surgically created opening (stoma) to divert urine, or fecal contents outside the body. Ostomy supplies are appropriately used for colostomies, ileostomies, or urinary ostomies, use for other conditions will be denied as non-covered. Medicare has established maximum quantities for the supplies used under the Ostomy and Urological benefits.
If you have a Medicare supplemental insurance plan the entire cost of your supplies may be covered, depending on your plan. We accept Medicare Assignment on a wide variety of ostomy supplies from the major manufacturers. Medicare will pay 80% of their allowed amount and the patient, or the patients supplemental insurance, will pay the remaining 20% plus any annual deductible.
Duke Medical Supply carries products from most of the major manufacturer's. If you would like to try the products before committing to something new, free samples are available directly from the manufacturer and we will be more than happy to give you the contact information for whichever manufacturer you prefer to receive samples from.
You are considered a urological customer if you have a permanent impairment of urination & use catheters to remove urine from your body. This is the inability to empty the bladder completely. Urinary retention can be acute or chronic. Acute urinary retention happens suddenly and lasts only a short time.

As the owner, I called to order Ostomy Equipment for one of our patients and the people who answered the phone were so mean and evil, as a Registered Nurse, I was SHOCKED at how rude they were! My suggestion is to never purchase anything from these truly nasty people!

Hello!
I just wanted to give a shout out to this amazing company.  I had been working with a prior company for four weeks and was at the end of my rope when my doctor recommended I call a company which referred me to Duke Medical Supply.  WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!  Jennifer took my call and was an absolute DELIGHT to work with.  Later, when I called back, I spoke with Shannon.  I was nervous at first because I connected so easily with Jennifer, but Shannon was equally as amazing to work with.
Switching the product my husband used couldn't have been a more grueling process until I contacted
