Consummate professionals with extreme knowledge of the product. It was easy to feel comfortable transitioning my mother to a wheelchair as they went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything about it. No fancy upsells, straight facts about pros and cons about each thing down to price point and weight of each item to lift. I can't imagine a better place to buy a wheelchair.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and was visiting St. Louis. I called Med X Change in advance for a scooter rental. Per the rental agreement, they had promised delivery of a scooter to our hotel by 5:00pm on 2/13/20. Unfortunately, upon our arrival to our hotel the scooter had never been delivered and when I called Med X Change, they were already closed for the evening.
