Having had experience with a few other facilities, this was the perfect fit! From the time you walk in it feels like a home, not a facility. The staff have been the exact same faces ever since my mom moved here. Seeing the same faces is very important for my moms needs, and for me it reflects how well the owner takes care of not only her staff but her clients as well. Everyone is kind, consistent with the plan of care and the home is always clean and filled with good smells from the cooking. I would highly recommend sending your loved one here.

This facility was a God-send for my mother. She has been here for the last 9 months, and they treat my mother like family. She gets individual care and attention since it's a smaller facility. The owner and the staff care deeply about the residents and you can see that in the well-being of them. Again, if you are looking for a caring and loving assisted living, Mercy Elderly is the place to put your loved one.

My favorite grandmother stayed in this establishment and for the first time in a long while she was smiling. We had shopped around a couple assisted living spaces and each time, my grandmother asked to leave after a couple weeks. But she ended up liking Mercy Elderly Assisted Living and because of that I would recommend this place.

My grandmother stayed here and I've never seen a facility filled with so much compassion, gentleness, and passion in caring for the elderly. My grandmother enjoyed all the employees and the owners and the kindness they showed her every day. I definitely recommend the facility to anyone seeking a safe place for an elderly loved one.
