River's Edge Woodworks is a custom woodworking shop specializing in cabinetry and millwork. We are looking for a full-time, motivated, reliable, and hardworking woodworker/cabinetmaker with at least 2 years of experience, able to start ASAP. We are based in Passaic, NJ. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Gary Odendahl and Rivers Edge Woodworking did work in my home library. The work consisted of building two floor to ceiling bookshelves, installing wainscoting around three walls of the room, and custom moldings around the doors and windows. The existing crown molding was also replaced with new crown molding. All work was done in cherry wood and stained to match the existing woodwork in the room.
We were very pleased with the quality of the work Gary did. The design was detailed and the final product matched the design. The final product is beautiful and significantly enhanced the appearance

I cannot get over the shear indifference and lack of service of everyone in this industry I have contacted for a project for my home, this place included.
It has been months since I got my estimate, which I approved, and have tried to give a check as a deposit. Countless calls and texts have gone unanswered and, despite being told I could have this project completed by the holidays, it has not even started.
What awful customer service.

Gary does AMAZING work! He has worked on everything on my home renovation. The more I see of his work, the more I want done. He is truly a master craftsman and amazing at fine carpentry and cabinetry. Hes built be 2 built ins on one each side of my fireplace, along with a gorgeous mahogony mantel. A new kitchen island to match my existing cabinetry, a full pantry with amazing slam free hinges. He also did all my window, door, floor and crown moulding and rebuilt a case of open stairs. Gary is a joy to work with and does such fine work. I only wish my house was bigger, so he can build me more
