There is nothing worse than being in the middle of a project when your sewing machine stops working. Thats why RSC has been offering sewing machine maintenance and repair for the past 90 years. Our professionally trained service technicians can tune up and repair any make or model of sewing machine, embroidery machine or serger at our on-site service center.
During online checkout, you may select between priority, domestic ground or Free Shipping on orders above $69. For domestic orders which will fit into a flat rate priority mailer, customers may call our store and place a phone order to reduce the shipping cost down to $7.00. If your order can ship in a flat rate post office package, we will usually ship that way, otherwise UPS rates will apply.

I took the "Sew It Yourself" Shopping Tote class yesterday at Robert's Sewing Center, and I wanted the management to know how very much I enjoyed it. Brenda did a fantastic job of explaining each step and walking each of us through the processes involved. Some of the steps were tricky, and Brenda demonstrated them until we understood what to do. She answered our questions, provided assembly tips and tricks, and gave us insights into the printed instructions. The project flowed beautifully, so we didn't need the printed instructions in class. I LOVE this place. A couple of months ago, I purchased a Husqvarna Viking Epic 95q sewing machine from them. I was nervous because this machine was far more expensive and technologically advanced than any of the basic sewing machines that I've purchased in the past. Pam was the salesperson who helped me (from ordering the machine over the phone) right thru to pick up when the machine arrived and she is PHENOMENAL!!!! I was offered instructional classes (for free) so that I could become comfortable and familiar with my new machine and Pam was my instructor. She's truly a great instructor, very organized

If you haven’t visited Roberts lately, it is worth the trip! They have redesigned their merchandising and tripled the sewing machine and accessories display space. The customer service is top-notch with friendly, knowledgeable “been there - sewn that” staff! Roberts does a good job staying connected to long-term customers while keeping current with fun, new trends. I call Robert’s my “home quilt shop”!

I went in today to see if they had a variety of sewing machines. I was planning to do a big (to me) upgrade from my very first machine. I want to note that the sales representative who helped me was very kind. We got there early and everyone was just filing in the front and we went in too, only to find out they weren't even open yet. We were about 5 minutes early, and I was embarrassed but they said it was OK. I was looking at the machines and really wanted the janome 6650 but they only sell viking and pfaff, but I did see one basic juki. I told the sales representative what I use the machine for
