I didn't make it past the initial phone call. The man who answered was rude no matter how many time I apologized for misunderstanding what he was saying about repairs in his home. So, a FYI, currently he is only repairing machines in his home and will not give the address until you are on the road. Be guarded as he is rude.

I highly recommend Gunther Sewing Machine Repair. He was honest and very knowledge. Gary came to my house, diagnosed the problem on my sewing machine, took the machine home for repair and brought it back a week later. My machine runs like new again. He even adjusted his schedule around a late meeting I had at work. I will definitely call Gary again

I don't know what happened with the other reviewers, but my experience was excellent. I almost cancelled my appointment when I saw the bad reviews, but I thought I should give him a chance. I'm so glad I did! He gave me a new needle and showed me how to check to see if old needles are in need of a change. He talked to me about the stitch line up and the tension. He told me what thread to use and showed me thread in my kit that needed to be pitched! He walked me through everything he was doing, so I could clean out and oil the machine properly myself; he told me if I take care of it properly I wouldn

Gary is incredibly rude. I set up an appointment with him and was told he would call before he arrived. I kept the telephone in my pocket all day but no call. At 7:00 that evening I called him and he said he had phoned me that day around 3:30. I've been having difficulty receiving calls and I was getting voice my mail messages hours later. While I was trying to figure out if this is what had happened, he kept repeating in a singsong voice, "You have to answer your phone, ma'am." "You have to answer your phone, ma'am." This was in the presence of another customer. I finally broke in on the singsong

Called for a quote to see if they could compete with my local shop since i the ad popped up on google. Guy didn't even let me finish before telling me he couldn't help and that I should go to a dealer. Your site says you're formally trained through brand sponsors.
Although I understand all repairs aren't worth the time, it's not wise to advertise services you aren't able to make or even diagnose. It wastes a phone call from me and your own time as well, probably not a good idea to hang up on a potential customer either.

Gary was great! Came to my home, looked over my machines and was honest about which of them was worth fixing. He educated me on the machine, showed us how to oil it and was super helpful about what I should do to avoid another visit😊great experience and very reasonable ! Totally feel blessed😊thank you Gary!

Was not helpful at all. They do not speak spanish and said to me "This is the United States, we speak English here."
