Susan is always so nice, she was the very first person I let touch my thick eyebrows and I’m so glad I found my person! I’m very surprised because I feel no pain AT ALL when she threads my eyebrows but I do when her assistant/copartner does. Still, they are both great always leaving my eyebrows perfect, I highly recommend.

I've gotten my eyebrows threaded at a lot of different places. Alot. However, after coming to Susan, I've only gone to her (I've been coming to her every couple weeks for a year now). My eyebrows are perfect every time, the customer service is great, I dont wait long to get them done and I walk out of the store with on point eyebrows. 10/10, I highly highly highly recommend.

Susan is a very kind woman who meets my expectations when it comes to waxing my brows. She does it quick and it’s not so painful. I’m in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes! My brows look very aligned and clean. I highly recommend Susan if you are close by to the Town Center and need your brows done quick.

Susan is so sweet and really cares about your needs! She is knowledgeable of what brow shape looks best for your face too. I needed to grow my eyebrows out after plucking them too thin on my own and we were able to get them full beautiful again after months of patience. I’ve been going to her for 4 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Susan helps me feel beautiful!

I went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time and i felt kind of nervous coming in, but I was extremely satisfied with the result. I came out feeling really good. Susan did an excellent job and did not overcharge at all . I was afraid of getting feminine eyebrows that were too thin and too defined, but She was careful and i still looked manly after. They were thick and defined but not excessively defined/shaped. She was very friendly and i was comfortable the entire process.Definitely Coming Back!

I love it here! It's the only place I've ever felt welcomed and calm (cause I know she knows what's she's doing). Susan does an amazing job! She takes care of me well! Especially with my eyebrows (honestly my eyebrows are like two huge fuzzy caterpillars) she makes them look amazing and make me feel beautiful

Susan is truly the best at her job. I used to go to Layla's and found their work and service tolerable. My mom had gotten waxed by Susan and recommended I try her. It was a wonderful decision made. My mom too trusts Susan dearly, and I too have grown a bond with her. She treats all her customers with care and does an incredible, neat, and gentle job! Best in town and best overall!
