Terrible, they are horrible with communication. They do not put their clients needs first. When you call, the front the lady just tells you she can not do anything but let her supervisor know. She said the supervisor may or may not reach out. Our appointment was canceled do you “no show” before the appointment even started. If i could give it a zero rating i would.

They blamed me for their mistakes. The way I was just talked to by Amanda nurse manager is unacceptable for anyone let alone someone with mental health problems. It really hurt. You made things so much worse for me now. Please don't let them be in charge of your mental health. They should lose their tax exempt status.

Horrible. I became a client 9 months ago. In that time I have had 3 different therapists assigned to me due to constant therapist turnover. Two of them were interns. They have been no help whatsoever. If anything I am worse than when I started.
Diversus Health is all about making money. Unless you have very good insurance, stay away.

Diversus Health/Aspen Pointe is a horrible place to go if you have any serious/long term mental health problems. They never sent me any diagnosis information. They don’t take your problems seriously. They really just don’t take you seriously. I walked out with a worse grasp on my mental health than before I left. Just go somewhere else especially for adolescents or young adults (18-25).

The staff at Diversus Health was amazing. They remained kind, understanding and attentive my entire stay at the facility. The doctors listened to my concerns and prescribed appropriate medications that were distributed and monitored by the nurses on duty. They provided groups throughout the day, as well as downtime to get the rest and mental clarity I much needed. Thank you to the staff and providers at Diversus Health!
