Paul was a great driver. I needed to get to the San Antonio Airport first thing in the morning last week. I thought my wife had reserved me a ride through one of those "other guys" when she told me she thought I did, I called Whitewater Taxi at the last minute. Paul answered and said he actually lived around the corner from me and that it was not a problem. He got me to the airport with time to spare. Whitewater Taxi is now who I contact first when I need a ride.

I scheduled a pickup from the airport in San Antonio to New Braunfels. I found this cab service on Google. The driver found me at the airport, which is not an easy task. He was able to get me to my meeting on time and made a difficult day a little easier. Thank you Whitewater Taxi!

I have used Whitewater Taxi several times in the past month with trips around town and as far away as Austin. They are always on time and know their way around to get me to my destinations on time. Their driver, Paul, is the best, very polite and courteous. They have won me over from Uber and Lyft for sure!

I am so happy to have found Whitewater Taxi here in NBTX (Paul). I travel a lot for fun/work and have not been able to count on ride shares like lyft and uber who would cancel at the last minute and leave me having to drive my car and pay for parking at the airport. I also choose to SUPPORT a LOCAL businessman who cares about our community. Paul is reliable and friendly. He followed up with me and texted me the night before to confirm my ride/time of pick-up and was there to pick me up on time. I like to know that the person who is driving me lives in my area and actually cares about his passengers

I do apologize for the negative review, it pains me because for 2.5 years out values and service have been impeccable. Currently, it is just me and my taxi , an on October 22, 2021 my taxi was stolen along with both business phones. As most of us do, every aspect of business was on the phones. Personally, it was devastating because I was completely helpless. I want to assure all future clients that this is not a reflection of our company it was a terrible incident that

Two years ago, Paul took four of us to Wurstfest and returned us home with exceptional promptness and courtesy. So, I called him back in August and scheduled this same trip for November 5. However, both of his phone numbers now do not work; I left a message on his website but no response; I sent and email to his email address but no reply now for four days. I am having to abandon this trip and cannot recommend Whitewater since they are unreliable and won't even contact to say they can't make the appointment.
