Sarah Drake is the most incredible wedding planner anyone can ask for. Sarah didn't just plan our wedding once but 3 times with several COVID postponements. Every single vendor Sarah introduced us to was unbelievable. The affair was beautiful and very special. We worked with Stephanie to plan our 2020 wedding and she was an awesome and invaluable resource. Throughout the planning process, re-planning process due to COVID-19, and ultimate cancellation due to fires she was totally on the ball and we felt very supported the entire time. This is the most professional event planner, Stephanie Cole! Period! She will relieve any anxiety you may have, think of everything, and let nothing go wrong. She helped me with a winery party for 120 people for our wedding anniversary. There were so many vendors involved, from a live band from San Francisco to the caterer that we brought up from Los Angeles. Thank you Stephanie. Our wedding was perfect except the DJ was a little flat but again I requested him and not Stephanie. As a matter of fact every vendor that Stephanie referred delivered for us. Our wedding was a dream come true when Stephanie helped make our ideas into reality and also added wonderful ideas of her own like instead of a floral arrangement of a phenix that I wanted she suggested a phenix cake which was a total hit with the guests. Her eye for other details like furniture and table setting suggestions were so much on point blending it perfectly with the specific color and texture

For 11 months we worked with Stephanie to create our 3 day Napa Valley wedding experience.
