If you want to close in less than 30 days, you better connect with Jonathon Dabach. He helped me with my refinance and closed in a little over 2 weeks. I only met him by email and phone conversations, but what a class act. He was honest, fast, reliable, extremely professional. He always kept his word and went up and beyond what he was expected to do. He made my experience seem less. Have all your necessary documents in line and he will close you with the lowest interest rate possible. So happy with the way he treated me.
