Before submitting a reservation please make sure that you have read and agree with all of Wagon Trail Campground's rules listed on the website at www.wagontrailcampground.com. We want to ensure that all our campers enjoy their stay. Many campers "Enjoy Our Good Nature" and appreciate our quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
A quick drive to Sand Bay Beach Town Park with a lovely shallow sandy beach that's great for kids and adults!. Walking distance to Rowley's Bay Resort where there is a restaurant, pub, bakery, and boat ramp. Wagon Trail Campground provides deluxe, temperature controlled restroom facilities with free showers!
Enjoy our good nature at Wagon Trail Campground, the northernmost private campground in Door County, Wisconsin. Our campground is extremely well-maintained, quiet and wooded. Lake Michigan, Sand Bay Beach and the Mink River are within walking distance. With secluded tent sites, electric and water, pull-through, full hook-up sites and yurt and rustic cabin rentals available, we have a place for all types of campers!
Description: Our prime electric & water sites are bigger and more wooded/private than our regular electric & water sites, and include our pull-thru sites. Larger RVs and tenters alike can go in these sites. Our most requested sites! A picnic table and fire ring are at each site. Description: Our full hook-up sites are semi-wooded sites and have electric, water, and sewer.
Wagon Trail is the northernmost private campground on Wisconsin's beautiful Door County Peninsula! Getting to the Wagon Trail Campground is easier than you think! We are 6 miles Northeast of Sister Bay on County Road ZZ, or 3.5 miles Southeast of Ellison Bay via Mink River Road. Only a few hours drive from several major Midwestern areas.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is! The wooded sites are lovely and private, the bathrooms very clean and up to date. The people at the front desk were very helpful. And the location is wonderful! There's so much to see and so nearby, fantastic beaches, hiking, kayaking and bicycling, great restaurants and art galleries nearby. We used to think only state parks had decent campgrounds, but this is an exception. We'll be back!
