In addition to applying powder and liquid coatings, 3-D Powder Coating Dallas, Texas can also silkscreen graphics and text onto metal, plastic and painted parts. Zero star is what 3-D has earned from me.
1. Failed to honor request
2. Tried to upsale unnecessary services
3. Applied different color finish than agreed
4. Left bare steel spot in corners not covered with powder coat
5. Lied, told falsehoods
I took a car frame and a rear axle housing to be media blasted and powder coated. My customer requested a picture after media blast before powder coat, I made that request to the owner AND secretary at 3-D, expressing the importance of the request and offering to come take the picture myself. Dropped off items and owner tried to upsale me on an unnecessary
