LVP Paints was founded on December of 2012 as a subsidiary company of the Crosslink Powder Coating Corporation going under the name Low Volume Powder LLC. Our business model was to provide small amounts of powder to powder coating businesses & to provide a bed lining services to our local Dallas market.
As the years past, we noticed an increasing demand in touch up paint that matched powder coating products. Services
RAL is a color matching system used in Europe that is created and administrated by the German RAL, which is a subsidiary of the German RAL Institute. RAL refers to the RAL Classic system, mainly used for varnish and powder coating but nowadays there are reference panels for plastics as well. Approved RAL products are provided with a hologram as of early 2013 to make unauthorized versions difficult to produce.
Federal Standard 595 is the color description and communication system developed in 1956 by the United States government. Its origins reach back to World War II when a problem of providing exact color specifications to military equipment subcontractors in different parts of the world became a matter of urgency.
Cardinal Paint & Powder was established in 1952 taking on more than 60 years of experience in the paint and powder industry. They are today one of the leader's in manufacturing high quality coatings, offer a wide range of liquid and powder coating systems. Cardinal Paint & Powder has facilities across North America and Asia.
LVP Paints was founded on December of 2012 as a subsidiary company of the Crosslink Powder Coating Corporation going under the name Low Volume Powder LLC. In 2015, the first line of touch up paints rolled out of our facility and the company was re branded as LVP Powder & Paints. In November of 2018 LVP was relaunched with a new website, logo, and re branded as LVP Paints offering more than 5000 items!

I have been ordering from LVP for almost 2 years. they are always friendly and willing to help. they always respond to my emails and orders within the day I place them. their product is top notch - I have never had any complaints .

I sent LVP a glovebox from my 86 Buick GN and they matched the grey perfectly. Previously I had tried Kirbans & GbodyParts.com interior grey spray paint and neither matched (not really even close to matching). So now I have a few spray cans, touch-up pen etc. to keep me stocked-up for years. I also took one of the touch-up containers from LVP to a professional body shop and they matched it to spray my custom console and it matches perfectly. A real professional outfit.

We started using LVP Paints for touch up on our powder coating. We have had nothing but good results. The paint's match up to the powder is perfect. We are not in the Dallas area. However, we usually receive our items next day from shipping. Customer Service is always exceptional. Would highly recommend them anyone looking for quality paints and service!

I needed touch-up paint for a damaged powder-coated structure for one of our contractors. Most of our fabricated products are galvanized, not powder-coated, so I was a bit out of my element. Rebecca was there to help me walk through the purchase! She was quite knowledgeable, though she said she was new to the company. I needed to contact them again a month later and spoke to Roxanne. Once again I had a very helpful and pleasant experience.

LVP Paints has what you need….looking elsewhere is just a waste of time and money. The selection of paint colors, paint products and accessories is staggering. In addition, they have numerous delivery system options available.
From the most simple project to the most unique, they have it covered (ha, pun intended). Here is an example.....I needed to replicate a color and shade of paint from the late 1920s that was formulated in Germany before the war. (far from touching up a metal table or chairs)
I needed the color to be matched using the RAL system which is European based and not everyone
