Bettye Ann Blatman is a partner in the firm and heads the firm's practice in Real Estate and Wills, Estates and Trusts. A 1977 honors graduate of Brown University, Bettye Ann holds a M.A. in Art History from Columbia University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. In her real estate practice, Bettye Ann advises individual buyers and sellers in all phases of residential real estate transactions.
Mark Bobrowski, a partner in the firm, has been a land use lawyer for thirty years. He graduated from the New England School of Law in 1985, with honors. His practice focuses on assisting clients in the public and private sectors with permitting strategy and decision making, litigation, and appellate argument.
Paul J. Haverty is a Partner with the firm. His practice focuses on real estate and land development, with significant experience appearing before local zoning boards of appeals, planning boards, conservation commissions and other local permit granting authorities. Paul also has significant experience appearing before administrative bodies, trial courts and appellate courts involving land-use litigation.
After graduating from Boston University School of Law, Ginny completed a two year judicial clerkship for the New Hampshire Superior Court. Ginny was then appointed as an Assistant Attorney General in the Government Bureau of the Attorney General's Office. As an AAG, Ginny represented a wide range of state agencies and officials in the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Chris Alphen an associate with Blatman, Bobrowski & Haverty, LLC. Attorney Alphen began practicing with the partners of BB&H after several years working for boutique real estate firms in the Greater Boston Area. As a member of the firm, Attorney Alphen focuses his practice on the firms' full scale of real estate services.
