We offer complimentary bagels, tea, and coffee every morning, as well as a pizza party each week. Enjoy our newly renovated swimming pool that is heated for your comfort. Have exclusive beach access for free with a $60 security deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Wishing to accommodate groups of all sizes, Luna Mar Motel of Seaside Park, New Jersey, offers a range of rooms from cozy ocean view units all the way up to apartment rentals. These one-room units are ideal for couples or single travelers with a two-person maximum. Most of these rooms are located on the second-floor with an ocean view, one queen bed, a mini-fridge, and table seating for two.
Rates posted are based on advanced reservations, are subject to change, and are based on two-adult occupancy. Additional occupancy for guests over 12 years is $25 per night (or $75 per week). A deposit equal to one night of the stay is required upon reservation with the balance due upon check-in. Taxes include 6.625% for New Jersey sales tax plus an additional 5% for New Jersey Hotel Occupancy Tax.

Was the first time and our stay was excellent, very clean, 5 mins walk from boardwalk attractions but yet away enough from noise. Across the street from the beach, they give parking spot and beach pass, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Perfect for families. The owner is very kind and available, people at the desk always available for anything you may need, cleaning crew is professional. Highly recommended. We will definetely go back.

Our family has been staying at the Luna Mar in Seaside Park for 15 plus years. This year definitely did not disappoint. The owner, Tom and his staff
Are absolutely the nicest people. The atmosphere of family makes it a pleasure to be there. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a plus for the kids. Close to the start of the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. A perfect place for a family vacation.

I've stayed at many different motels in Seaside Park and Lunar Mar is by far the best! Friendly courteous staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds...recently stayed there with a friend and was dismayed that there was only one bed, so I told the staff and was immediately upgraded to a gorgeous room, with 2 beds and kitchenette with no problems. What a great staff! Heated pool if the ocean is too cold, close to everything and information available on other events at Seaside, ie, beach bonfires or music... I almost wish I didn't have such a great review cuz if you read this I might find the

Relatively updated for a shore motel. Rooms are very clean and staff is attentive to details. Bagels and coffee served in morning. Office personnel were friendly and helpful as were maids. Beach right across the street and passes were included. Short walk to boardwalk area
Rooms were small (we had the slightly larger efficiency unit which did sleep 5 with a cot). Issue was door opened right next to the head of alone bed, so close the bedding would get caught in door.
