At Marina's Sewing School, we begin by teaching girls the basics of sewing. Then as their skills grow they learn to utilize the basics to created their own unique design to express their personal style. Introducing children to the Fashion Design Concept, including different sewing techniques, basic pattern manipulation, fashion illustrations, draping, design, quilting, making jewelry, meeting new friends, and having fun with sewing.
We also offer Girl Scout Programs, Birthday Parties and an annual Fashion Show to highlight our students' creations. Services
Marina's Sewing School's goal is to teach sewing skills to children 6 - 12 and teens using kid friendly patterns and introducing them to fashion design concepts, including pattern design, fashion illustration and understanding current trends in clothing styles and textiles. Program is focused on sewing clothing that children can wear as well as creating craft projects.
Originally from Russia, Marina Dulman, owner and sewing instructor, has made her mark on America by following her passion for fashion! Teaching children to sew continues to brings her tremendous joy and saticfaction. In addition to being a talented sewing instructor and seamstress, Marina is also a talented jewelry designer and nutritionist.

My 7 year old daughter had an amazing time at Marina's sewing camp this summer. My daughter can be on the shyer side when it comes to trying out new things. Marina is so patient and kind and really made my daughter feel comfortable. We met with her a few times before camp privately, so by the time camp came around, my daughter marched right in and felt at home. She made several projects: shirt, skirt, pajama pants, and a fleece hoodie. I was so impressed. Marina is the best! I highly recommend her! Thank you Marina!

My daughter started sewing with Marina when she was six years old; ten years later she is still sewing with Marina! Marina teaches more than sewing; she teaches entrepreneurial skills, self-confidence, organization, and philanthropy. Marina holds a wonderful fashion show benefiting juvenile diabetes each year where the girls get to show off their designs while supporting a great cause. Marina truly loves what she does and it shows with the care she gives each child in her care. I highly recommend Marina's classes and think every child should have the opportunity to learn with Marina!
