So in 2010 we developed a longer cylinder arm bed stitcher, the artisan(R) TORO-3200. With a 12 Z inch sewing work area, the TORO-3200 will sew up to almost one inch thick leather, and will also sew from small size z-69 up to extra heavy z-415 bonded twisted threads. The TORO-3200 has become the most popular harness stitcher in the industry.

Since Artisan machines aren't any different than the Reliable brand, I'd recommend going with Reliable! Based on personal experience, and the experiences of 2 local upholstery shops that made the mistake of purchasing their machines through Artisan.... the customer service, and willingness of the owner to stand behind his products are horrible!
When you spend thousands of dollars with this company, you'd expect that when your brand new machine gets delivered and doesn't function properly (due to manufacturing issues), that the owner would want to get it resolved. Well, not Jerry! If he even responds
