Excellent service and quick install with the Pinnacle tint on my car. They even loaned me a car to use while mine was being worked on. Good job on my Mustang tint in January 2020. Only problem was a bubble near the bottom of my rear window that I noticed the night I picked up my car. The staff "fixed it" in the parking lot, but the bubble came back the next day. It was challenging due to the steep angle, but with a long plastic spatula, I was able to correct it myself. Almost two years in and the tint still looks great.

I ordered a tri-fold tonneau cover through Solar Shade and had them install it. On the day of installation we learned the manufacturer had delivered the wrong size cover. Kyle apologized, ordered a replacement and we set up another time for installation about 10 days later. The replacement arrived on time and was installed in under an hour, with no hassle. A few days later I checked the inside of the truck bed after a hard rain. The cover had leaked more than I ever expected. Save your money and take your business elsewhere! We had a full tint applied to our 4 runner, initially we were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. After waiting the week and a half to roll down the windows we rolled them down and were completely disappointed of the edge of the tint. Tint was applied inconstantly throughout the vehicle, the cut line of the tint varied in distance from the edge of the windows After taking a closer look we noticed other spots that we were not happy with, light was visible in some areas. I originally took my car to get the windows tinted in July of 2020. My windows being tinted was a gift & my first car to have tinted windows, so I was pretty excited. I was afraid to go too dark on the tint so I chose 35%. I regretted that the moment I picked my car up but it was too late so I moved on. In September I noticed nearly every window on my car had some sort of air bubbles or dust caught between the window and tint. I immediately called and they told me to bring my car in and they would check it out. I took my car and Kyle looked at it and agreed that at least 3 of my 5 total windows

I found this place one night while i was out for a drive and ive been wanting a lift kit, so did some research and i like what i read/saw. So I decided to go back and talk to employees about what i was looking for and what they would suggest for me. Kyle and another installer were nice and professional working to cover the front windows of our business which faces west. Our building is old, and presents challenges. Neither installer complained about the job, and in fact were quite the opposite-great to work with. I haven't noticed any bubbles or film issues, and immediately my employees commented about how nice it was to have less glare and lower temps. Thanks guys/gals!

Had them do some work few years ago on my truck and it turned out great. Need some more work done and Kyle who is very helpful said he can get me in right away to see me. I’ve had several friends go there and were very pleased with work. Sending another buddy over there soon to customize his Jeep. I would defiantly recommend!!

Im a repeat customer, and sales guy new this. I'm telling him my order I'm up to $1500.00 the problem is it took 30 min to get this order. The phone kept ringing he picks up and giving information out I'm standing in front of him, trying to BUY more truck parts with a credit card in my hand. When he put me on hold the 4th time pick the phone up again I said I'll go out side and call him to finish my order !! Very discouraging. I got in my truck drove away he call me 24 hrs later. What a waist of time. I got on Amazon save lot of money.
